Happy New Year, everyone! 🎉 We’re starting 2025 strong with awesome brews, burgers, rugby action, and the launch of our brand-new HiGH SPiRiTS webshop. Let’s have look at what's on tap this month! First a quick recap from the holiday season.

🍺 Brew of the Month: Budvar Dark Lager
Our customers absolutely loved the rich yet refreshing Budvar Dark Lager from the Czech Republic. With notes of black coffee and dark chocolate, this brew struck the perfect balance for both lager lovers and those craving deeper flavors. No surprise it’s won awards as the Best Dark Lager in the World!
🍔 Burger of the Month: CP’s Festive Burger
December’s star on the menu was our CP’s Festive Burger—a juicy ground turkey patty with a hint of sage, topped with cranberry sauce, melted brie, caramelized onions, and a drizzle of gravy. Served in our handmade brioche bun, it was a holiday feast in burger form! Safe to say, it disappeared from plates faster than Santa down the chimney.

You loved it, so it’s sticking around! This Czech classic brings notes of black coffee and dark chocolate, hitting that sweet spot between rich and refreshing.

This month’s star beer is still under wraps, but it’s coming soon! In the meantime, our taps are flowing with an amazing selection of craft brews – perfect for warming up this winter.

The Brisket Burger
Homemade brioche bun, Irish brisket patty (170g), melted Irish cheddar, caramelized onions, lettuce, and pickle relish.
Simple, solid, and seriously tasty.
