January Recap
🍺 Brew of the Month Recap: Budvar – A Proper Pint!
January’s Brew of the Month, Budvar, went down an absolute storm—no surprises there. A proper Czech lager with a crisp, malty body and just the right balance of bitterness, it had everyone coming back for more.
The good news? This won’t be the last time you see it at Charlie P’s. Budvar is a classic, and let’s just say we’ll be bringing it back at some stage. Stay tuned!
🍔 The Brisket Burger – Was A Crowd Favorite!
Our Brisket Burger was an absolute hit last month—so much so that we had people coming back for seconds!
🔥 Homemade brioche bun

🥬 Lettuce & pickle relish
Simple, solid, and seriously tasty. If you missed it, well… let’s just say you’ll want to keep an eye out because a burger this good might just make a comeback someday.

What. A. Game. The Super Bowl at Charlie P’s was absolute madness—wings flying, beers flowing, and an atmosphere that could rival any stadium.
.A huge congrats to this year’s champions, the Philadelphia Eagles, who defeated the Kansas City Chiefs 40-22 to claim their second Super Bowl title! If you were here, you know how epic it was.
