Brew of the Month:
Ottakringer Zwickl Bock
For October, we’re bringing back a festive favourite — Ottakringer Zwickl Bock. This amber-coloured Bock pours with notes of straw and honey, wrapped in rich, grainy aromas.
You’ll get a touch of peppery spice up front, followed by flavours of quince and biscuit, rounded off with a gentle bitterness that keeps it perfectly balanced and full-bodied.
A celebration of life since 1920
Brewed since 1920, this traditional holiday beer was made to pair with hearty autumn dishes — think roast goose, duck, or carp — and it’s just as perfect alongside a sweet dessert.
After months of careful maturation, Ottakringer Zwickl Bock returns once again as a truly festive brew for the cooler season.

- Original Gravity: 16.5 °
- Bitterness (IBU): 28
- Carbon Dioxide: 6 g/l
- Hops: New Zealand Cascade, Hallertauer Tradition (organic)

- Unfiltered & unpasteurized
Food Pairing
Try it with our Fish ’n’ Chips — the smooth malt body balances the tender cod and creamy tartar, while the beer’s subtle spice cuts cleanly through the golden batter. A timeless pairing that tastes like autumn done right.
