The World Cup is officially over - what a journey it was! Now it’s back to reality at Charlie P’s. We’ve still got plenty happening throughout the summer.
Our new Summer Happy Hour is running every night from 11 pm to midnight, the Ottakringer Bierfest is in full swing, and our summer menu have been flying out of the kitchen.
The Cellar Bar events programme is taking its usual summer break, but otherwise it’s business as usual at Charlie P’s.
Please note that Charlie P’s will be closed on Monday, 27 July, for a well-deserved staff excursion. We’ll be back open as usual on Tuesday.
Party Season 2026 returns at the end of September, with live DJs, karaoke, Pub Quiz, comedy nights and plenty more.
Charlie P’s at Ottakringer Bierfest 2026
The Ottakringer Bierfest 2026 is in full swing and our Charlie P’s food and drinks stand has been a big hit!
A big thank you to our brilliant team, who have been working hard to keep the food and drinks coming and all our guests happy throughout the festival.
We’re here until 4 September, so drop by and enjoy one of Vienna’s favourite summer meeting spots - with great beer, tasty street food, live music and long summer evenings.

🎉 Events Summer Break
Our legendary Cellar Bar party zone is taking its usual summer break.
Party Season kicks off again in the last week of September, with plenty happening downstairs throughout the season.
Expect a great mix of live DJs, karaoke, Pub Quiz, comedy nights and much more.
In the meantime, have a brilliant summer - we’ll see you back in the Cellar Bar in September!

Ali and the kitchen team have been busy as usual :)
The Irish Style 'Spice Bag' is one to watch - salty fries, roasted onions and peppers, homemade curry sauce, and your choice of crispy chicken or halloumi strips.
Burger fans are well covered too.
The Krispy Korean comes loaded with honey-orange glazed crispy chicken, sriracha mayo and kimchi.
The Irish All Star brings together Irish beef, smoked Irish cheddar, Irish bacon and Ballymaloe relish.
We've also got Bang Bang Broccoli with vegan chilli mayo, Wicked Wings, Charlie P's Fish 'n' Chips, Cajun Fries, and homemade dips and sauces.
And a few sweet reasons to stay for dessert - including the Baileys Fudge Brownie. Plenty of new reasons to drop by this summer.
Brew of the Month:
Lough Gill ‘Cutback’ – New England IPA
This month’s Brew of the Month is Lough Gill ‘Cutback’ New England IPA. A light-bodied, pale-coloured New England IPA brewed for easy drinking and long sessions
This hazy NEIPA is crafted to deliver a burst of juicy, tropical hop character with minimal bitterness, making it the ideal choice for maximum flavor enjoyment without the heavy lift.
Brewed with Comet, Azacca and El Dorado hops,
Brewed with Comet, Azacca and El Dorado hops, it comes in at a very sessionable 4.5% ABV. Expect distinct tropical aromas followed by a soft, fruity and gently hoppy flavour that keeps things smooth and refreshing.

Food Pairing
